    • Drayton Garden Village project – £14 Million Design and build of Eight (8) Blocks of mixed orientation (Housing association – HA and Shared ownership flats) to provide one hundred and seven (107) No apartments on 5-6 storey RC frame/traditional build, including external works and landscaping at Drayton Garden Village in West Drayton.
    • Pronto Estate – £14.5 Million High-End Design and Build of 54 Luxury Flats within 5 blocks on 5 storey RC/Dursiol Block concrete walls in Pronto Estate, Hayes, Middlesex, including externals – landscaping, roof terraces and façade installations; top to bottom stairwell screen, cladding [Cembrit] works mixed with brick facing & parex render.
    • Parr Street project – £7 Million Design and build of a Block of mixed orientation – 24 luxury Nr apartments with commercial space and basement on 6 storey RC/AFS frame including external works, new installation of United Kingdom Power Network [UKPN] substation and landscaping at Parr Street, Old Street Central London [Now completed and fully handed over and occupied].
    • Webber `Street project – 1 Million mixed orientation bespoke architectural edifice – 2 apartments, ground floor office space and new build – 3 bed duplex – detached encased in grade 2 listed brick façades at Webber street London over three level internal steel structure.
