D-CINK Property Investment Platform

This platform is an investment club that enables real estate investors to combine resources to access portfolios of investments which will otherwise be unavailable to them individually.

The crowd funding ideology helps people that don’t have the resources to get into real estate to step in and gradually own properties in the near future. It also enables existing investors to expand their property empire through group and collective approach.

In D-CINK, we partner with the Schools of Global Economics and Global Business to support the club members with the following business optimisation services:

• Full-spectrum digital marketing strategy, analysis and success tracking and control;
• Serving as retained business development experts and sounding board for ideas as they grow the business;
• Other services that may be needed, for example writing business plans that secure them required investment capital.
