Construction Management

    • Appoint and manage consultants – We scope and best-manage consultants for the project, including mechanical and electrical (M&E), health and safety, commercial Quantity Surveyors. This secures the most efficient management processes across all building operations.
    • Enabling works – On site, we provide worker-friendly prelims, welfare facilities, temporary equipment, plants, scaffolding, and temporary staffing at typically 11% of the projected costs), and line with standard health and safety guidelines.
    • Construction phase/CDM – After consent to build including health & safety sign-offs, use our highly qualified structural and civil engineers to deliver the build to specification, on-time and within budget, each time working hard to minimise overall costs of build and ownership. We aim to embed best practices when it comes to health, safety and environmental initiatives and ensure full compliance to the latest CDM industrial requirements

D-CINK has the most innovative dash-board reporting systems which record details of the activities taken during all phases of the build, including this stage. The result is a transparent audit trail that is shared by us and the customer. This snapshot of building activities means that we can show photos of our clean construction approaches which enables us to not avoid penalties from approving councils, especially those incurred by unsupportive neighbours that falsely allege non-compliance with stated regulations but further underpin best practices and show of expertise and assured credence within the operation of subject matter.

    • Procurement and commercial outlook – Using a extensive and a clinical kept database of past experiences over several completed builds, we provide top-quality management schedules/forecast, sub-contractors, and visuals for a build, which enable a customer to get what they see and desire, at the most competitive cost.

Our dashboard reporting system supported with photo bank of key building processes enable us to demonstrate compliance with all regulations and minimise or avoid penalties.
    • Site Management and Quality Assurance – As part of the reporting dashboard, we document illustrative video clips of things like concreting, time-lapse schematics, which evidence our sound site management and quality assurance.
