£1 Million new build of High-end luxury flats within an estate outlook.
We are responsible for this project with long-term client sustainable business implications, managed complex issues within area of expertise, and contributed to the overall business and commercial strategy. Main duties include but are not limited to: Project Management, two stage tendering, Managed/Resolved design, technical and commercial issues, manage client and employer’s agent Request for Information [RFI], Contract variations, project contract issues, TWs and governance providing periodic updates, ensured client satisfaction including staff engagement, negotiated / coordinated with staff as appropriate. Finance interrogation within project portfolio and issued action plan for remedial and follow-up action. Responsible for on-time delivery in accordance with contract Engineering Requirements [ERs]. Total project ownership and responsibility for 5-10-person OTR matrix teams including Architects, Civil/structural Engineering teams, Site Management, Technical/Design teams, Logistics, Commercial, M&E consultants, Document control and Temporary/contracted Services.
Group Contracts Management at ENGIE Capital Project [Project South and FCO projects
Over £20 Million project scope managed on behalf of various clients – FCO – office fitout projects, USAF DIO, Royal Borough of Kingston (RBK), Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park [QEOP] and London Borough of Lambeth, managing all capital projects from PC and PD responsibility to completion.
Various projects include but not limited to: RBK regeneration projects – refurb/fitout and crematorium renewal projects, Lambeth town hall regeneration projects, RBK major school fitout & roof renewal projects, DIO regeneration projects and new GYM build, FCO Kampala [Uganda] embassy M&E fitout project, etc.

A block of 8 flats at Friern Park site at Finchley including externals and landscape. [Started the project halfway and now projects completed and handed over].
Operations Management at MBACM
£7.9 Million New Build of a Block of mixed orientation – 30 mid-end Nr apartments with car park basement on 5 storey RC frame including external works, at Lillie Road, Fulham, London.
£2.4 Million Refurbishment of grade 2 listed building at Wilton Place, Central London; including double basement construction and fit-out, lift installations and vault works [Completed]
1.9 Million New Build of 7-bedroom mansion at Martello Road, Poole, with basement and lift installations including 1.5 hectares of landscaping and driveway construction [Completed]
1.8 Million Office refurbishment and refit at Ilford over 4 floors, creating bespoke individual work spaces

£7 Million Design and build of a Block of mixed orientation
– 24 luxury Nr apartments with commercial space and basement on 6 storey
£12 million Design and Build hotel complete construction and fit-out of 2 storey basement shopping mall – Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch Central London, including externals – landscaping, roof terrace, building face-lifts and lift replacement.

£14.5 Million High-End Design and Build of 54 Luxury Flats within 5 blocks on 5 storey walls in Pronto Estate, Hayes
£14 Million Design and build of Eight (8) Blocks of mixed orientation (Housing association – HA and Shared ownership flats) to provide one hundred and seven (107) No apartments on 5-6 storey RC frame/traditional build, including external works, DHN and landscaping at Drayton Garden Village in West Drayton. [Phase 1 – 6 blocks completed].
